Product
NEXOVORA is Windows performance-management software. Features differ between Core and Pro as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Performance disclaimer
Results vary by computer, game, operating system, drivers, network route, temperatures and existing configuration. No specific FPS, latency or temperature improvement is guaranteed. A measured result may show improvement, no clear change or regression.
Licence grant
Subject to payment and these terms, the customer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased version on the permitted number of devices. The software and source code remain the property of the publisher.
Prohibited use
- Reselling, sharing or publishing licence keys.
- Redistributing the installer outside authorised channels.
- Removing licence checks or attempting to obtain the source code unlawfully.
- Using the software to interfere with anti-cheat systems, other users or third-party services.
Activation and device transfer
Activation limits are displayed before purchase. The customer should use the in-app disconnect function before changing devices. Support may require proof of purchase for manual resets.
Billing and updates
Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled through the payment provider, subject to the price and billing period shown at checkout. Lifetime plans provide ongoing access to the purchased major version unless the offer expressly states otherwise. Security and maintenance updates may be provided, changed or discontinued. Future major versions may require a separate upgrade.
Payment and delivery
Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy. The licence key is delivered by email. Access to the protected download area requires a matching NEXOVORA account.
Consumer rights and refunds
Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. The detailed refund and withdrawal information is available on the Refunds page and during checkout. Do not publish this template until it has been adapted to the countries where you sell.
