Before download or activation

Where applicable, a customer may request cancellation before the digital product has been supplied, downloaded or activated.

After immediate digital delivery

Technical problems

Contact with the order email, Windows version and a description of the problem. We may first offer troubleshooting, a replacement download or an activation reset.

Performance expectations

A refund is not automatically due because a particular game shows no FPS increase. NEXOVORA expressly measures and reports no clear change or regression when that is the honest result. This does not limit mandatory conformity or consumer rights.
